Before trying yoga I kind of dismissed it as being a-bit weird but it has honestly given me control over my thoughts and stress like nothing else, how can we get more people to give it a try

I completely agree with you. I have been doing yoga for quite a while and it is now part of my daily routine. Not only has it completely improved my fitness and flexibility but also made me feel so amazing mentally and physically. Its the perfect activity to get you up in the morning and ready for the day or to de-stress and wind down with.
When I first started doing yoga I did 10 minute videos with Yoga with Kassandra on Youtube. I liked her as she really describes how to do the poses properly and how they should feel. She also posts so many different types of yogas (morning, night, workout, long, short).
My all time favourite is Sarah Wes on youtube. Her yoga is more advanced and spiritual. She takes you through mediations in the Egyptian desert. It is truly ethereal! Check her out!
I could honestly talk about yoga for ages I cannot recommend it enough to not only the women but the men too! My dad and other men in my life do it and really enjoy it. Stretching is so important for our bodies.
To get more people doing it I feel like we should try raise awareness to it! Just posting on here really helps. I want to post more about it on my personal instagram too.
Does anyone else have any more ideas? or want to share any yoga youtubers that they love?
